The Argyll Trefoil Guild meets several times a year, normally in the Free Church of Scotland Hall, Manse Brae, Lochgilphead.

Argyll is a small County by population but is large by land mass and includes the Southern Hebrides from Coll & Tiree in the North to Islay in the South. The meetings are held at Lochgilphead because it is the most central point in the County and can be reached by road from Oban, Campbeltown, Tarbert, Inveraray and Dunoon. There are ferry links from the Islands to Tarbert and Oban.

Aims and Objectives

The aims and objectives of the Trefoil Guild are:

• to keep alive among members the spirit of the Guide and Scout Promises and Laws
• to carry that spirit into the communities in which members live and work
• to give practical, financial and moral support to Guiding and Scouting
